Work that ships to real floors.
We're a small team in Austell, Georgia, building software that runs on real shop floors — and supporting it for years after it ships.
Open roles
We don't have any open roles right now. If you think you'd be a good fit anyway, we'd still like to hear from you — send a short note about yourself and a résumé to us through the contact form, and we'll keep it on file for when something opens up.
How we work
F7 is small on purpose. The people who build a product are the same people who answer the phone about it, so you'll talk to customers directly, see how your work is used on the counter and the floor, and own what you build for the long haul — our first product has been in the field since 2012. Most of our work is in .NET and SQL Server, with web, mobile, and IoT alongside, and new projects start with a fixed, honest scope rather than a guess.
What we look for
People who like finishing things, who are comfortable explaining software to someone who doesn't care about software, and who would rather support a product for ten years than rewrite it every two. Industrial, manufacturing, or distribution experience is a plus; curiosity about how a business actually runs is essential.
