About F7 Business Suite
F7 Business Suite puts the three operations that usually live in separate systems — equipment repair, equipment rental, and gas cylinder rental — on one double-entry ledger. A work order pulls parts from stock and posts its cost of goods; a rental agreement accrues revenue automatically; a cylinder moves through fill, hire, and return with demurrage and asset aging built in. Every invoice, bill, and adjustment posts both sides, so the books are always in balance.
Around the ledger sit the tools a distributor's day actually runs on: point of sale with cash drawer and barcode scanning, a customer portal for orders, cylinder balances, invoices, and safety data sheets, a warehouse app for receiving and counts, a driver app with signatures, GPS, and photo proof, an employee time clock, and a guided report builder. It runs in the browser on any device, each company gets its own isolated database, data is encrypted in transit and at rest with daily backups, and you can export it anytime. F7 Business Suite is in development with early customers now.

Every cylinder tracked by serial through fill, hire, and return — daily, monthly, lease, and demurrage billing, fill plant management, gas-lot traceability, ownership controls, and hazmat/DOT compliance.
Accounting built in
General ledger, financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, trial balance, AR/AP aging), budget vs. actuals, fixed-asset depreciation, 1099 tracking, bank reconciliation, and year-end close.
Apps for the counter, warehouse, and road
