It shows a 9-digit code on your screen; read that code to the technician and they can see your screen and help. The session ends when you close the program, and the technician cannot reconnect without a new code.

No. The Arc Monitor sensor mounts near the welder and senses arc activity without any connection to the machine — no wiring changes, no electrician, and no effect on your warranty. It connects to your existing 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi and starts reporting immediately.

Yes. The Arc Cert mobile app for Android and iOS is offline-first: technicians can complete certification jobs with no signal, and everything syncs to the cloud platform when the device reconnects. The web platform itself needs a connection.
