About Cylinder Management System
Cylinder Management System is the software F7 built for its own welding supply business and has sold to distributors since 2012. It keeps every customer's cylinder balance current to the second — what's out, what's due back, and what to bill — and turns that into rental invoices inside QuickBooks Desktop, so the counter, the driver, and the bookkeeper all see the same numbers.
It's priced for independent distributors: the complete package costs about a quarter of comparable software in the industry, and it comes in three editions so a single-counter shop and a multi-location distributor run the same system. Support comes from the people who wrote it and still use it every day.
